If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind then please let us know by email within 7 days of receipt. Item(s) to be returned within 30 days of receipt at your own cost in original packaging as sent. Please ensure items are fully insured, as we will not incur any costs due to damage or loss. Once received we will check items and issue a refund within 7 days of receipt excluding P&P. Items received after 30 days will not be refunded.
Damaged or faulty items to be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence including packaging inside and out, we will refund in full or exchange once item is returned. Depending on the damage/fault we may offer a partial refund and you keep the item.
Cancellations will be accepted if item(s) are not already dispatched, otherwise the buyer will be responsible for returning and refunds will exclude delivery cost.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on following items;
Antique, Vintage or Used items as these will come with wear and tear unless not as described.
Fabric - please note when fabric is cut to a specified length it becomes a bespoke custom piece. If returned for resale the value is greatly reduced which is why we recommend requesting a free sample.
